Golden Investment Having lived in the United Kingdom since childhood, Süleyman Uğurlu brings together a deep understanding of the UK market with an international perspective on property and investment. Originally born in Kayseri, Türkiye, Süleyman moved to London with his family at a young age and completed his entire education in the UK. He later graduated from Middlesex University with a degree in Economics. His business journey began at the age of 17, when he joined his family’s furniture business while continuing his studies. What began as an early introduction to entrepreneurship developed into a successful 23-year business career, providing Süleyman with extensive experience in building businesses, understanding clients and creating long-term commercial relationships. Property investment was an important part of that journey. Over the years, profits generated through the family business were consistently reinvested into UK real estate, allowing Süleyman to build substantial first-hand experience as a property investor himself. His experience spans traditional buy-to-let investments, HMOs, commercial property and ground-up property development. Having invested through different market cycles and across different property strategies, Süleyman’s understanding of UK property comes not only from advising clients, but from many years of investing, owning and developing property himself.
