Tour programme
- Day 1 — Ancoats and New Islington: viewings in completed buildings
- Day 1 evening — dinner with local developers
- Day 2 — Salford Quays and MediaCity: an area study on rental demand
- Day 2 — Deansgate Square: a walk-through of the tower under construction
